I have a 2002 Saturn SL2 1.9 and every so often, as I am traveling down the Interstate, it will just stop running. I'll coast to the side of the road and then it may start by turning the key -- but, it may not. If not, I'll spray starter fluid under the air filter and it will start. It will always start first thing in the morning but if I drive someplace and park it for a hour or two, or even less, it might not start. Again, I spray starting fluid under the air filter and it usually starts. The other day though, I drove to the store and when I was ready to leave, it wouldn't start. I used the starting fluid and it ran about a block and quit. I used the starting fluid and it ran for about half a block. I then had a towing service tow the car home. Is this a problem with the fuel pump or screen as some have suggested? Sometimes I have to wait a few hours to start it before it will start! Please advise!!
